The demand for high quality holiday cottage accommodation has risen dramatically in the last few years as more and more people decide to holiday in the UK. We are continually approached for alternative suggestions on similar standard accomodation throughtout the UK.

Subsequently we are looking for a few hand picked properties to add to our luxury portfolio. Whilst we strive for 5 star luxury accomodation we are also looking for houses that are destinations in their own right, being in stunning surroundings or within close proximity to local attractions, festivals and market towns.

Above all we want properties that are hidden gems - whilst rural retreats are ever popular our biggest sales point is that we are a town centre location, but being completely secluded you'd never know you were a stones throw from the centre of one of the biggest tourist destinations in the UK.

So, is your property right for us?

We've carefully and discerningly sculpted our brand over the past 5 years and are very careful to hand-pick only those desirable properties offering the perfect mix of comfort, facilities and great location. This means properties branded by us are more likely to prove popular with discerning holidaymakers and therefore be more profitable for you, the owner.

To fit perfectly with our brand your house must adhere to at least 7 of the following guidelines;

• Sleep 8 - 16 guests
• Recognized 5 star standard
• Double beds must be at least 5'
• Original features
• Be of historical importance
• Rural town centre location (max 5 min walk)
• Close proximity to tourist destination
• Allow pets and children
• Must be available all year round
