Booking Notes

1. Currency - Prices are in (£) sterling.

2. Prices Include - VAT, rental, heating, electricity, logs, WIFI, use of bed linen/towels, toiletries. For Christmas & New Years Bookings price includes a luxury Champagne hamper & festive decorations.

3. Please note guests are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £500.00

4. Number of Guests - The property can accommodate 2 - 12 guests.

5. Check In/Check Out - Check in time is 3pm/Check out is 10:00am. Should you wish to extend your stay we offer an early check in (1pm)/late check out (12pm) service for an additional £80.

6. Changes - Prices may change for stays taking place after 1st September each year.

7. Christmas & New Year - Minimum stay is 7 nights for Christmas and 5 nights for New Year. Easter - Minimum stay is 5 nights. Bank Holidays - Minimum stay is 4 nights, ie: Friday to Monday inclusive.

8. Mid-week Savers - Guests wishing to stay 3 or 4 nights midweek will receive an additional 10% discount between 1st October 2012 and 6th April 2013. This offer will not apply during school holidays

9. Cancellations - A deposit of 20% is taken on reservation of your booking. If cancellations are made 60+ days before booking is due to commence this money will be refunded (less a £20 Administration Fee). Any cancellations made after 60 days before booking is due to commence will be refunded only if the property is re-let.
