1. Currency - Prices are in (£) sterling.
2. Prices Include - VAT, rental, heating, electricity, logs, use of bed linen and towels, WIFI, toiletries and a welcome basket of groceries (optional).
3. Number of Guests - The property can accommodate 2 - 12 guests (6 bedrooms). Discounts are available for parties of 2 - 6 booking the entire house (based on use of up to 3 bedrooms).
4. Changes - Prices may change for stays taking place after 5th November each year.
5. Christmas & New Year - Minimum stay is 7 nights for Christmas, 5 nights for New Year. Easter - Minimum stay is 5 nights. Bank Holidays - Minimum stay is 4 nights, ie: Friday to Monday inclusive. Cheltenham Festival - Minimum stay is 5 nights.
6. Mid-week Savers - Guests wishing to stay 3 or 4 nights midweek will receive 10% discount between 1st October 2011 and 6th April 2012. This offer will not apply during school holidays.
7. Cancellations - A deposit of 20% is taken on reservation of your booking. If cancellations are made 60+ days before booking is due to commence this money will be refunded (less a £20 Administration Fee). Any cancellations made after 60 days before booking is due to commence will be refunded only if the property is re-let.
8. Damages - We understand that accidents happen and therefore any arbitrary breakages (for instance 1 plate or 2 glasses) will not be expected to be paid for by guests, although we do ask that you make note of these to assist in ensuring the house is fully stocked at all times. However, any breakages or damage above this level (at all times at the home owners discretion) will be charged for in full to the guests.
9. Hot Tub - Use of the hot tub is entirely at the guests risk, and neither Foxes Manor nor it's owners or agents accept any liability or damage caused by it's use.
